Curious About Antler Chews?
Antler chews are growing in popularity and for good reason! Today we will be going over all things antler chews so you know exactly what your dog is getting, where they come from, benefits, downsides and more!
1. Antler Chews Are Natural
Antler chews are 100% natural! There are no additives, preservatives, chemicals, factories, labs or any other sourcing or manufacturing worry when it comes to dog chews. We understand how important your dog(s) are to you and we feel the same way, that's why we are ecstatic to know exactly where antler chews come from. We have complete peace of mind knowing they are all natural!
We keep antler chews as natural as possible by simply cutting them to size, sanding the edges and shipping them out. From the forest floors to your door, enjoy a wild, natural chew for your furry friend.
2. Healthy Dog Chews
Antler chews are packed full of essential vitamins and minerals for healthy, happy dogs. Antler chews contain calcium, magnesium phosphorous, iron, zinc, vitamin A and more! This is one reason why wild animals and dogs intuitively love antler chews because they know it is healthy for them.

3. Long Lasting Dog Chews
Despite being a dog favorite, antler chews are long-lasting. This is especially true when compared to other natural chews. Antlers have a durable outer layer and a delicious inner marrow making it an ideal chew as it is both highly sought after and able to withstand heavy chewing from big, powerful breeds. If you are tired of chews quickly falling apart, then antler chews might be right for your dog.

4. Antler Chews Are Harm Free
Antlers naturally grow and fall off year after year causing no harm to the deer carrying them. Our antler chews come from naturally shed antlers that we find in pristine landscapes as shown in the picture. While many chews come from dead animals, these antler chews are harm-free.

5. Teeth Cleansing Ability
Antler chews help clean teeth by removing tartar and plaque build up. The hard and often ridged texture help scrape away plaque so your dog can enjoy clean teeth. Chewing is a natural way for canines to supplement their dental health.

6. Positive Energy Outlet
Chewing is an essential function for canines and is a great way for them to release energy. Dogs naturally chew making it essential they have a positive outlet for this natural habit. Antlers are a great way to direct energy, especially when your dog spends a lot of time indoors.

7. Authentic And Unique Chews
Unlike many traditional dog chews, these chews are 100% unique and authentic. Every antler chew is one of a kind, unlike plastic or other man-made chews. This is perfect for fur-parents wanting something different that their dog will love.
8. Renewable And Sustainable
Antlers grow year after year making them one of the most renewable and sustainable dog chews on the market. All of our antlers come from the USA and are ethically sourced. We find the majority ourselves in Washington and Alaska.

8. Lots Of Shapes And Sizes
Since antlers are unique, they also come in a variety of shapes, sizes and shades. We cut the antlers to common sizes for dogs and also do split chews for easier access. We can also provide larger antler chews if required.
9. Not All Chews Are Created Equal
Some types of antlers make better chews than others. The first thing you want to ensure is that the chew is appropriately sized for your dog. We believe elk, moose and caribou make the best chews as they are not as hard as white-tailed deer chews. We also mostly use the main beam of the antler for dog chews rather that the tines as the tines are smaller, harder and often pointy. When a chew is small and hard it encourages dogs to crush (we don't want that) rather than chew and gnaw.
10. Antlers can be challenging to find
Sometimes you get lucky and find several antlers together, all too often we spend miles looking for one antler. Antlers fall off randomly so they can be in a lot of wild space. While they are a challenge to find, it is one of our favorite things since we get to be out in nature looking for antlers!
11. Antlers Can Be Addicting!
Just like they are fun to find, they are even better for dogs to chew. Antler chewing can be incredibly addicting for dogs, fortunately they last long! We have an awesome two pound power pack of antlers below for dogs who love to chew. This is especially good if you have several dogs.
